How It Works

One

Live Training

We train together every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am. Each month, you'll learn one new Kata.

In your first month, you'll be guided through up to three, so you can get up to speed with current members. From there, you drop into a rolling three-month cycle designed to do two things:

Keep your mind engaged

Learning a new Kata each month stimulates your reward system, sharpens focus and deepens your awareness of your body. You stay present. You don't drift.

Condition your body through rhythm

The real shift happens through repetition. Each Kata is practiced weekly for three months - building strength, focus, and nervous system capacity over time.

This is where it lands. Not in intensity - but in consistency.

Kata Library

You'll have full access to a growing library of Katas and replays. Every Kata includes a full breakdown so you can slow things down, learn the positions and transitions, and connect your breath to the movement.
